Hermcneutics turning to ontology focuses on‘‘being”,locality,situation, and experience by oneself.Education is an activity taking place between teachers and students.Teachers lie in Educational tifewortd and experience various situations and feel what happens in teaching process. So Teachers know what are the problems in teaching,teachers are in the best positions for research. Hermeneutics turning to practical philosophy focuses on phronesis and achievement of meaning.Education is the practical process to achieve educational meaning in essence,Teachers are Educational practitioners.
