摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 基于窗12傅里叶变换WFT(Windowed Fourier Transform)的时间序列位相提 取方法是一种高精度的位相提取技术。但是，窗口傅里叶变换中的窗口等参数的 选取在很大程度上依旧是影响位相提取精度的重要因素。传统的位相提取过程中 窗口等参数的选择更多是依赖经验，并没有系统地分析各类参数对结果精度的影 响。 本文具体研究了以下几个方面的内容：(1)针对基于窗口傅里叶变换的时间 序列位相提取过程中涉及到的各类参数做了一系列的模拟，深入研究了信噪比， 频域间隔和时域间隔，信号形状参数对最佳窗口值以及位相提取中产生的误差大 小的影响。结果表明，信噪比是影响位相提取精度乃至最佳窗口选择的决定性因 素：频域时域间隔从某种意义上对位相提取精度乃至最佳窗口的选择并没有影响； 信号形状参数从本质上通过影响信号的直线／曲线比例从而影响位相提取精度。 (2)在此基础上，本文综合了各种参数的相对最佳窗口范围给出了一个适用于 实际结晶过程的最佳窗口值取值范围，并利用氯化钠自然蒸发结晶的实验验证了 该区域能有效控制位相提取的误差，提高提取精度。 关键词：窗口傅里叶变换时问序列位相提取结晶过程 万方数据 摘要 万方数据 AbstmctAbstract Abstmct Abstract Windowed Fourier Transform based Time Series phase extract algorithm is an useful method with high accuracy in areas of phase extraction from fringe pattern．But the size of window and other parameters are important to the precision of the phase extraction．The selection of size of window in the traditional phase extraction process depends on the experience and there is no systematic error analysis on the phase extraction precision of each parameter The following aspects are presented in this paper：(1)．We do a series of simulation based on the parameters in the Windowed Fourier Transform based Time Series phase extract algorithm，and investigate the affection of window size selection by ratio of signal to noise，frequency interval and time interval，the signal shape parameters from the error analysis area in the phase extraction process．The result showed that the ratio of signal to noise is crucial to the precision of phase extraction and the selection of the best window size．Frequency interval and time interval make no sense to the precision of phase extraction and the selection of the best window size to some extent．The signal shape parameters affect the precision of phase extraction and the selection of the best window size through changing the ratio of straight line to curve．(2)．We conclude the area of best window size of each parameter and get an best window size selection which is applied to the crystallization process on
