锦西石化学习型组织构建策略研究-工商管理专业论文.docxVIP

摘要 2007 年爆发金融危机以来，国外出口萎缩，国内需求没有拉动起来，大部分 企业发展后劲不足。锦西石化作为中石油下属的一个老企业，由于市场供求关系， 2008 年部分装置永久性停产，年处理量由每年 700 万吨降至每年 550 万吨， 2009 年的处理量只达到 420 万吨，而中石油其他炼广炼油规模已达到每年 1000 万吨 、甚至 2000 万吨。 2009 年吉林前锅炼厂四年处理量小，装置能耗高，企业亏损， 被彻底停掉。锦四石化不仅处理最偏小，而且员工年龄偏高，知识更新速度缓慢， 、 k设备老化，符合市场需要的商附加值产品少，综合竞争能力差，面临着前所未布 的危机。在危机面前，锦西石化何去何从，一万一千多名职工的命运最终会怎样， 这是摆在我们锋一名锦西石化员工面前的一个严肃的课题。为了锦西石化的长远 发展，改变目前落后的局面，避免若干年后被无情的竞争所淘汰，笔者提出了建 立学习型组织的构想。论文主要内容是紧密结合彼得.圣吉提出建立学习型组织 五项修炼的理论，将国外理论本土化，通过对锦西石化分公司目前的经营状况及 存在的的问题进行剖析，提出通过重塑企业文化、人力资源开发，树立新的愿景 和价值观，改变员工的思维模式，增强系统思考的能力，使个人和企业不断地达 到自我超越，余而提高自身素质，提高员工的创新能力及企业的核心竞争能力。 论文最后对锦西石化构建学习型组织的效果及存在的问题进行了预测井提出了 改进意见。 k 关键词z 学习型组织石化公司企业文化人力资源 ‘ ABSTRACT ，._ Since the outbreak ofthe financial crisis in 2007 ，foreígn exports declíned ，while. domestic demand did not pull up.
