两种血糖针在2型糖尿病患者血糖监测中应用的对比 齐辉吴佳曦彭俊眉刘宇 (重庆医科大学附属第二临床学院成都市第三人民医院四川成都610031) 【摘要】目的：探讨两种血糖针在2型糖尿病患者血糖监测中应用的情况。 方法：选择木院内分泌科病房共30名患者进行调查。对比同一护士在为2型糖 尿病患者进行血糖监测使用一次性采血血糖针和采血笔血糖针时患者的疼痛评 分及自我感受、患者出血量准确性、患者认为操作的简便性等情况。结果：患者 疼痛评分情况比较，一次性采血血糖针和采血笔血糖针对患者的疼痛评分和自我 感受情况比较，一次性采血针患者疼痛感轻，差异有统计学意义。血糖监测要求 出血量以及刺穿患者手指皮肤深度的精确性情况比较，差异无统计学意义。操作 的简便性，操作时发生刺伤的风险性比较，差异具有统计学意义。结论：一次性 釆血血糖针和釆血笔血糖针比较安全性及简便性明显优于釆血笔血糖针。一次性 采血血糖针用于血糖监测时在保证血糖监测准确性同时操作具有简便性可更加 有效地降低护士针刺伤的发牛率从而保障了护士的职业安全。 【关键词】血糖监测；一次性釆血血糖针；釆血笔血糖针；疼痛Two kinds of glucose injection in patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar monitoring the application of contrast Qi Hiu Wu Jiaxi Peng Junmei Liu Yu (Chongqing medical university second clinical college； Chengdu third peoples hospital Si chan chengdu 610031) 【Abstract] Objective:To study the two kin ds of glucose in jection in patie nts with type 2 diabetes blood sugar monitoring application.Methods:Our hospital endocri no logy ward,a total of 30 patie nts were in vestigated.Compared to the same nurses for patients with type 2 diabetes blood sugar monitoring using disposable needles and blood glucose in patients with blood glucose of patients with pain scores and personal feelings,the bleeding accuracy,patients think the simplicity of operation’and so on and so forth.Results:The patients pain grading comparis on .disposable n eedle blood glucose and blood glucose in patie nts pain score and self feel the situation is’a one-time blood collection needle pain in patients with light,differenee have statistical significance.Blood glucose monitoring require the bleedi ng as well as the accuracy of the depth of fin ger skin pun cture patients,there was no statistically sign讦icant difference.Stabbed occurs when the ease of operation,the operation risk of comparison,the differenee is statistically significant.Conclusion:The disposable needle blood glucose and blood glucose pen needle is obviously better than the comparative safety and ease blood glucose injection.One-off blood glucose injection is u
