三联疗法对甲亢性骨质疏松患者的疗效观察 吴兴初（广西医科大学第六附属医院内分泌科 广西玉林537000） 【摘要】目的 观察阿仑麟酸钠片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊和牡蛎碳酸钙片三联 疗法对甲亢性骨质疏松患者（22-44岁）骨密度的影响。方法 将90例甲亢性骨 质疏松患者（22-44岁）随机分为3组，抗甲亢药物治疗组（B组）30例，抗甲 亢药物加阿法骨化醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片治疗组（A1组）30例，抗甲亢药物 加阿仑麟酸钠片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片三联治疗组（A2组）30例； 疗程12个月后对比骨密度情况。结果 抗甲亢药物加阿仑麟酸钠片、阿法骨化 醇软胶囊、牡蛎碳酸钙片三联治疗组（A2组）腰椎、股骨的骨密度均明显升高 （PV0.05）,明显高于A1组（P0.05）, Al组高于B组（P0.05）。结论 三 联疗法提高甲亢患者的骨密度更明显。 【关键词】三联疗法 甲亢 骨质疏松症 骨密度 【中图分类号】R581.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085 （2013） 49-0059-02 The efficacy of triple therapy on patients with osteoporosis caused by hyperthyroidism WU Xin gchu（ The departme nt of en docri no logy of Sixth affiliated hospital of Guangxi Medical University. Methods All 90 patie nts with osteoporosis caused by hyperthyroidism（22-44 years old） were randomly divided into three groups: antithyroid drug therapy as group B, antithyroid drug combined with alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carb on ate therapy as group Al and an tithyroid drug combined with alendronate sodium tablets alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carbonate therapy as group A2, each of them were all 30 patients. Results The BMD of lumbar spine and femoral of group A2 which were treated by antithyroid drug combined with alendr on ate sodium tablets alfa-calcidol soft capsules and oyster calcium carb on ate was significa ntly in crease(plt;0.05), and appare ntly higher tha n group Al (plt;0.05),and the BMD of the group Al was higher than the group B too.
