当代浙江农民工流动中存在的问题及对策.pdf

内容 摘 要 劳动力流动是人类社会经济发展的必然产物，也是现代经济社 会中的普遍现象,而其中农民工流动是劳动力流动的一个重要部分。 浙江省既有丰富的本地农民工资源，同时因为地处沿海，经济发 达，又是全国农民工的主要流入地之一。 本文以浙江省农民工流动为研究对象，以图表的形式显示相关 数据。重点研究省内农民工的数量、年龄构成、收入、行业分布等 现状，分析当代浙江农民工流动中存在的问题，如农民工与其他社 会群体存在较大的收入差距；不能得到良好的就业培训；难以融入 城市；农民工的权益得不到很好的保障。最后针对这些问题提出了 相应的解决方法。 关键词：浙江、农民工、流动、问题、对策 II ABSTRACT As the certain outcome of human society economic evolution , labor mobility is also a common phenomenon in current society. And the mobility of peasant-workers is an important component of labor mobility. Owing to located along the coast, Zhejiang province is developed and thriving. Although there are rich local peasant-workers force, many peasants have been swarming in to cities of Zhejiang Province. This paper studies current situations, including of the quantity, age, income and vocation of peasant-workers in Zhejiang province. Analyse the various kinds of problems in the mobility, like the big difference between the income of peasant-workers and that of others, the job trainings they got .Peasant-workers can’t be in harmony in cities. Rights and interests of them can’t be guaranteed. And at the end, this paper presents the corresponding solutions.
