优质护理在电子胃镜检查中的应用 陈琼(四川省医学科学院/四川省人民医院内窥镜室四川成都610072) 【摘要】目的 探讨在普通胃镜检查中给予综合性护理干预，为患者全方位实施 优质护理。方法 将M28例接受普通胃镜检查的患者按检查日子交替分成观察 组和对照组，观察组568例,对照组560例。观察组实施综合性护理干预措施， 对照组按原来常规方法检查。结果 对2组患者在检查前的依从性、紧张、焦虑 情况、配合检查、分泌物污染面颊、衣物等发牛率、满意度等比较，均有显著差 异(plt;0.05)o结论护理干预措施可以提高患者依从性，减轻患者的紧张、 焦虑、躁动、頻死感等心理、牛理应激反应，使患者能主动配合检查；检查完后 无恐惧感，无分泌物污染衣物，保护和尊重了患者，提高了患者的满意度，实现 了护理的价值，体现了优质护理的真正内涵。 【关键词】优质护理 胃镜检查 满意度 【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2013) 13-0103-02 High quality nursing in the application of the ordinary electronic gastroscopy CHEN Qiong, (Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences amp; Sichuan Provincial Peoplersquo;s Hospital, Chengdu, Sichuan, China. 610072.)
