简述非贵金属烤瓷冠对龈沟内白细胞介素一1B和白细胞介素的影响 宫海环宋艾阳方滕姣子朱红华孙蹌鞠昊张宇娜 (吉林大学口腔医院修复科 吉林长春130000) 【摘要】烤瓷熔附金属全冠对局部牙龈在临床应用中出现修复后牙龈出血、 红肿、龈缘变黑及口腔异味等情况，使近來学者从各个角度來研究和比较各金属 对局部牙龈的影响。由于烤瓷铸造合金在口腔内可释放出离子并沉积于牙体表面 和牙龈，对与其接触的牙周组织造成一定的刺激，促进牙龈炎症发展，这是引起 修复后牙周损伤的重要因素。而作为牙周组织健康状态指标Z—的龈沟液在这种 情况下的量与质也非常重要。近年來已有许多学者在龈沟液内检测出多种炎症介 质和炎症调节因子，其屮口细胞介素一lbeta; (Crevicularinterleuin-lbeta; IL— lbeta;)已被公认为在牙周病屮起非常重要的作用。另有学者研究发现：在牙 周致病菌携带者的龈沟液屮，白细胞介素(interleukin-8, IL-8)的水平与龈炎 指数、牙周袋深度、出血指数显著相关。本文将重点从非贵金属烤瓷冠的应用现 状、非贵金属烤瓷冠对龈沟液屮IL-lbeta;和IL-8的影响以及对牙周组织的影响 等方面加以综述。 【关键词】烤瓷熔附金属全冠；口细胞介素-lbeta;口细胞介素牙周病 【中图分类号】R783.1 【文献标识码】A 【文章编 号】1007-8231 (2015) 01-0064-03 The influences on gingival sulcus Crevicularinterleuin-lbeta; and interleukin-8 by porcelain fused to metal crown [Abstract] In the clinical application of porcelain fused to metal crown, the situation like bleeding gums, swelling, gingival discoloration and bad breath often happens?
