无 QFII 下新台币汇率与台湾加权指数的 ARCH 效应 林震庆 （南开大学 经济学院 2008 博士班） 内容摘要：本文在说明台湾废除实施近 13 年的外国专业投资机构(QFII)制度，于 2003 年 10 月 2 日走入历史后，探讨自2004/1/2~2008/11/6 期间汇率与股价传 导机制（共 1201 组，资料来源：台湾证券交易所及中央银行），采用ARCH 、 GARCH 及 EARCH 模型分析，发现：台湾加权指数与新台币汇率之收益率并不 具长期均衡关系；但汇率收益波动单向、同步影响大盘股价收益同向波动，这导 因于在效率市场中之资产增值与心理预期的结果；并于文中比较实施 QFII 制度 下，中国市场传导方式差异。 关键词：QFII、汇率、ARCH 、GARCH、EARCH ARCH Effects on NTD Exchange Rate and Taiwan weighted stock index Lin-Cheng Ching （School of Economics, Nan Kai university ,2008 P.H.D） Abstract ：This article states the transmission of exchange rate and stock price,and analyzes the relation between USD/NTD and Taiwan weighted stock index from 2004/1/2~2008/11/6 period ( the 1201 groups, the data source: Taiwan stock exchange and the Central Bank ) by ARCH model since Taiwan abolished QFII system carried out near 13 year and walked into the history after October 2, 2003.It find that the difference of Taiwan weighted index and USD/NTD return ratio is not equal in the long-run; the difference of USD/NTD‘s and Taiwan weighted index’s return ratio appears in the same movement direction , one-way and at the same time, because of appreciation of asset and Psychological expectation in efficiency market.
