系统研发与设计 System Development and Design 医疗收费票据自助服务系统的设计与实现 ① ＊ 黄阳君 孙树学 摘 要 目的：通过配合北京市市属医院医疗收费票据监管系统的建设，构建医疗收费票据自助服务系统，解决收费窗口滞 留人群多，压力大的问题。方法：通过医疗收费票据自助服务系统，系统从HIS中调取收费未打印票据信息，患者用社保卡、 北京通（京医通）、二代身份证、条形码等在自助机上扫描打印收费票据和收费明细。结果：实现了收费票据的自助打印， 并与市属医院医疗收费票据监管系统进行数据同步。结论：通过收费票据自助打印系统，减轻了收费窗口的压力，提高了患 者流转效率，优化了医院资源配置，让医务人员更好地服务患者，提升了医院整体服务水平。 关键词　医疗收费票据自助服务系统 优化流程 提升服务 Doi:10.3969/j.issn.1673-7571.2017.11.011 [中图分类号] R319 [文献标识码] A Design and Implementation of Self-service System for Medical Charge Bills / HUANG Yang-jun, SUN Shu-xue//China Digital Medicine.-2017 12(11): 32 to 33 Abstract Objective: Through cooperation with the construction of Beijing municipal hospital medical charges bills supervision system, we build the self-service system for medical charge bills, it solves the problem that crowd people and big pressure to the charge window. Methods: Through the self-service system for medical charge bills, the system retrieves the bill information from the HIS which paid but no printed, patients print bills and charges details with scanning the social security card, Beijing Tong (Beijing Medical Tong), the second generation ID card, bar code and so on in the self-service machine. Results: Self printing of charging bills is realized, and with the municipal hospital medical charges bills supervision system for data synchronization. Conclusion: Through the self-service system for medical charge bills, it reduces the pressure of charge window and improves the efficiency of patient flow, optimizes the allocation of hospital resources, enhances the overall level of hospital services so that the medical staff makes better service for the patient.
