腰椎间盘突出症患者治疗效果研究 摘要：目的：观察不同疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患 者的效果，分析并探讨各种疗法的优缺点。方法：选择自 2011年11月至2012年11月我院骨科收治的腰椎间盘突出 症患者60例，根据患者腰椎间盘突出症的分型以及以往的 治疗效果选择不同的治疗，比较不同治疗的疗效，从而评价 不同治疗的适用情况。结果：慢性、轻型、膨出型患者36 例采用牵引合并手法等综合保守治疗，其中28例有效，有 效率77. 8%；其余8例改在CT引导下行介入治疗，症状均得 到缓解；长期保守治疗无效及症状明显同时有合并症的患者 24例采取手术治疗，主要是行后路椎间盘摘除术，其中21 例患者术后疗效良好，其余3例患者仍有神经根受压表现， 治疗有效率87.5%。结论：腰椎间盘突出症的有效治疗需要 通过早期的诊断以及选择不同适宜的治疗，症状明显且经过 影像学检查确诊的患者，经长期保守综合治疗无效后，可行 介入微创术或手术治疗，可有效改善症状以及防止并发症的 发生和发展。 关键词：腰椎间盘突出症；保守治疗；微创介入；手术; 治疗效果 Patients with lumbar disc herniation treatmerit effect analysis Wei Xiang Abstract： Objective： To observe the effect of different therapies in the treatment of patients with lumbar disc herniation effect, analyzes and discusses the adva nt ages and disadvantages of various t hera.pies ? Methods : from 2011 November to 2012 November in Department of orthopedics in our hospital from lumbar disc herniation in 60 cases, according to the patients with lumbar disc herniation classification as well as previous therapeutic effects of different therapeutic options , different treatment, and evaluation of different treatment application. ResuIts： inchronic, light, bulging type 36 patients by traction combined with technique of comprehensive conservative treatment, 28 cases effective, efficiency of 77.8%； the remaining 8 patients changed in CT guided interventional therapy, symptoms were alleviated； long-term conservative treatment is invalid and symptoms and comorbidity of patients 24 cases take operation therapy, mainly is posterior discectomy, including 21 patients with postoperative curative effect is good, the remaining 3 patients still had the nerve root compression performance, the effective rate of the treatment 87. 5%. Conclusion : lumbar disc herniation effective treatment needs through early diagnosis and choosing different appropriate treatment , symptoms and after radiological examination of the patients diagnosed by long-term conservative treatment , ineffective , feasible interventional minimally invasive
