摘要 本论文首先介绍了现代教育的发展趋势，现代教育发展对人才提出了哪些要 求，而我国教育中存在着哪些误区，如忽视学生创边精神、实践能力以及健康体 魄、健全人格发展的培养。具体提出了中学化学教学巾所存在的 些问题，目的 在于说明有必要在化学教学中引入归因理论，了解学生的归因倾向，从而优化我 们的化学教学，提高学生学好化学的自信心。同时说明，在这一方面的研究是极 其缺乏的。 其次简单介绍了一些比较有影响的学习动机理论，阐述了归因理论的涵义、 起源、发展和在教育中的应用，重点研究归因理论在中学化学教学中的应用，以 及对课赏教学、对培养学生的重要意义。具体操作为:在具体实施过程中，先通 过问卷调查，了解不同学习类型、不同科类、不同性别高中学生对化学成绩成败 的归因倾向并分析形成的原因，在此基础上，选择具有典型代表性的三位存在着 归因偏差的学生作为实验组，了解他们形成归因偏差的真实原因，根据他们的不 同特点，设计不同的训练方案进行归因训练，了解实验组的学生经过训练后的变 化并与对照组进行比较，得出结论:在化学教学中对学生实施归因训练，不仅有 助于学生形成积极的归因倾向，还有助于提高学生的学习功机及学习积极性，有 助于提高学生的自信心，形成良好人格。最后，根据实际操作总结出归因训练的 基本模式。 关键词 z 化学教学 学习动机 归因理论 归因训练 训练模式 Excerption The following 也esis introduces what trend modem education follows， what talents people should have to fit in wìth the development of modem education，and where Chinas education has sIìpped up，(for example，we ignore fostering students creativity ，their practical activity ，their health and their moral quality). lt specifically gives some advice on how to soIve some problems in middle school chemistry teaching. Its purpose lies in the fact that it is necessarγto ìntroduce the Attribution Theory ìn chemistry teaching，find out what leads to their faìlure and how to make our chemistry teaching more efficient so that students have confidence in chemìstry Ieaming. It aIso proves that research in this field is scarce. On the other hand ，the thesis introduces some of the more influential theories of Ieaming motives ，explains the implication ，the origin，the development and the application ofthe Attribution Theory. It lays emphasis on the application to middle schooI chemìstry teachìng and the importance to training students as well as to class teaching. The operation sequences are as folIows. First，make inquiries ofthe students about their leaming styles，their subjects to Ieam，whether boys and girls have different leaming results and dìfferent causes for their success and f注ilure.
