锁定钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折疗效比较 李鹏飞王铁势(辽宁省大连市大连大学附属中山医院M6001) 【摘要】目的探讨锁定钢板和交锁髓内钉治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效情况。 方法选取我院2011年6月?2013年4月我院骨外科收治的胫腓骨骨折病 人78例，分为观察组和对照组两个组别，每组39例患者。观察组患者采取交 锁髓内钉治疗，对照组患者则采取锁定钢板固定治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效情 况。结果 所有患者均得到临床随访，观察组患者优良率为100%,骨痂出现时 间 37.4plusmn;4.5d,愈合时间 143.6plusmn;18.2d,解剖复位率 97.44%；观察 组患者优良率为87.18%,骨痂出现时间40.2plusmn;4.2d,愈合时间 16.9plusmn;19.0d,解剖复位率79.49%；所有比较结果均有统计学意义(P均 0.05)。结论 交锁髓内钉对于胫腓骨骨折处血液供应和生物力学的环境干扰 相对较小，利于骨折端的愈合，预后良好。 【关键词】锁定钢板 交锁髓内钉 胫腓骨骨折 疗效对比分析 【中图分类号】R683【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2013) 32-0142-02 Locking plate and intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures compared [Abstract】Objective : To investigate the locking plate and intramedulla rynail in the treatment of fracture of tibia and fibula clin icalsituation. METHODS: From June 2011 to Apr il 2013,79 patients with tibiofibula fracture were collected, whi chwere divided into two groups,39 patients in each group.Thepat ients were taken intramedullary nailing in the observati on group, the control group patients were taking locking plate fixation.
