武汉理工大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理工大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In recent years，large—scale construction projects frequently appears，and gradually shows its unique advantages，the state also put such a large construction project as the focus of future development,and the Earth’S environment has been destroyed，the species are gradually dying out,natural disasters more frequently occur． When the disaster OCCUrs，in order to send the emergency supplies to the areas where it is needed better and more timely,China has gradually built many country storehouses system，sizeable rescl-矿髓ofnafional strategic reserve materials to prepare for the national defense building and economic construction,disaster,disaster relief and other emergency needs，to ensure the physical protection of national emergency, and environmental issues is a focus of attention and a current promotion of our nation． Therefore,the establishment of the State Reserve project environmental evaluation index system is imminent．This thesis focuses on the theme of domestic and f．orei皿 environmentalevaluationsystem． At present，environmental assessment of the project is still in early development， is still very low level，development is not yet mature,the system is also not perfect． The industry has not yet appeared a more comprehensive,more systematic common environmental evaluation index system and method for large construction projects and the establishment projects．This situation often makes the valuator who are conducted on the environmental assessment of construction projects difficult,the process of project implementation problems and timely processing and control Can not be realize，and difficult to guarantee the quality of construction projects． National Reserve in the light of this thesis project based on case projects suitable for large-scale environmental assessment index system，the first part analyses the envffonmental assessment on the development of the project status，describes sustainable development，the relevant theory abo
