ABSTRACT
Secondary vocational teachers are the dominant force in secondary vocational education,the burnout iS closely related to the quality of education.Secondary vocational teachers’iob burnout status including a sense of accomplishment, depersonalization,and failure smte of bodv and mind in three aspects.This research through to the Guangzhou 6 secondary vocational schools.3 11 secondary vocational teachers’questionnaires and interviews,found that secondary vocational teachers’iob burnout status iS relatively serious,analyzes the reasons,and puts forward the countermeasures.
Paper iS divided into four parts:
The introduction part,the paper introduces the research on edge,the theoretical and practical significance,and research at home and abroad are reviewed,based on this。 explains the research content.research method and technical route of research.
The second part.analyzes the results of this study,the results show that 89.06%of
teachers have obvious symptoms of burnout.about 85.08%of the teachers’physical and mental exhaustion symptoms.58.90%ofthe sense of achievement iS low;The vast majority of teachers are”depersonalization”burnout performance dimension. Secondary vocational teachers’professional burnout exist gender,educational
background,teaching experience and the title of significant differences,male teachers burnout level higher than that of female teachers.10W degree of teachers’burnout level is higher than the high degree of teachers’burnout,teaching experience the longer the higher the degree of teachers。job burnout,the title,the lower the level the higher the degree of teachers’iob burnout.
The third part,combined with the literature。this study was to survey and the interview process.the research concludes the important factors of secondary vocational teachers’job burnout,mainly includes the social factors,such as lOW social expectation.
