AbstractThe Abstract The remonstrator system is mostly based on the system of Qin dynasty however every dynasty set down respective and various systems which is the most important epoch in the development of the remonstrator sy8tem．According to the time this essay divides into four parts to analyze and discuss the development and change of the remonstrator system． Part One The Remonstrator system of Han Dynast ies： Xihan dynasty set Jian dafu fol low the Qin Dynasty and Donghan dynasty change to Jianyi dafu which add the function of the argument on the government affair． It is the significant change of Jianyi dafu． Part Two This part of remonstrator system is an important developⅢent of remonstrator system in the history． Jianyi Dafu are al l set up in the Three Kingdoms then Sanqi Changshi，Shizhong take charge the remonstrance in Xijin dynasty while Jianyi Dafu seldom appointed． Dongjin Dynasty simplifies the remonstrator system as the remonstrator reduces after cross the Yangtze River． The system of Southern Dynasties also follows Jin Dynasty while Shizhong， Sanqi changshi as the remonstrator while Ji锄yi Dafu is absence． Part Three The remonstrator system of Northern Dynasties also base on the system of Han dynasty and influence by Han culture and politics system nevertheless the monarch are minority． The system of Beiwei Dynasty at first don’ t stable and often change as time goes by until Xiaowen Emperor reform the official system as Wangsu ran dway from Southern Dynasties according to the Han Dynasty set up Jianyi Dafu as the remonstrator．The system of Bei qi along to the system of Beiwei Dynasty as Jianyi Dafu the remonstrator．The system of Beizhou Dynastv Dynastv at first follow the systcm of Beiwei then reset by Wu Emperor according to the system of Zhou Dynasty which appoint Jianyi Dafu as the remonstra『tor． Part Four The features of the remonstrator system in Han wei 讧n Southern and Northern dynasties． This remonstrator system in this period also is the d
