T: This is the “floor”. This is the first floor and this is the second floor.
Where is Class 1, Grade 1? This is the first floor. The library is on the first floor.
Look at the market of a mall. Give an example.
T: Excuse me. Where are the toys?
S: They are on the second floor.
T: I want some chopsticks.
S: They are on the first floor.
