* 妈富隆能显著升高血浆中的SHBG（性激素结合球蛋白）的浓度。服用3个周期的妈富隆，血浆中SHBG的浓度与服药前相比增加近3倍。 升高的SHBG结合掉血浆中游离睾酮，从而改善由于过高的雄激素引起的痤疮及多毛等症状。 与妈富隆相比，复合左旋18甲口服避孕中的左旋18甲会抵抗乙炔雌二醇引起的SHBG的升高。即使服用3个周期后，SHBG水平也未见显著增加。 可见，在服用妈富隆的妇女的体内，由乙炔雌二醇引起的SHBG增长没有受到抑制；不过，在那些服用18甲基炔诺酮/乙炔雌二醇的妇女体内，SHBG的值只有轻微增加，提示其孕激素成分对SHBG的水平起了对抗作用。 * Palatsi R. Acta Dermato-Venereologica 1984; 64(6):517-23 Serum total and unbound testosterone and SHBG levels were studies in 54 female acne patients before and after 6 treatment cycles with Marvelon or an oral contraceptives containing levonorgestrel (Microgynon). The patients were photographed at each visit to assess the severity of their acne. The following severity grades were estimated using almost the same scale as Allen Smith 1982. The following grading was used: Grade 0: The facial area is perfectly clear or contains only a few small lesions / Grade 1: mild acne / Grade 2: moderate acne / Grade 3: severe acne. Both oral contraceptives improved acne. The main improvement was from moderate to mild acne.
