PAGE PAGE 10 Clinical study on the effects and mechanism of the Chinese medicine combinend with clomiphene on patiants of the type of “shen yang xu ” of anovulatory infertility ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the effects and mechanism of the Chinese medicine combinend with clomiphene on patiants of the type of “shen yang xu ” of anovulatory infertility. Method: 60 patients comforting to this study were divided into two groups randomly as TCM (jia wei er xian tang) and WM (clomiphene) treatment group, and control group only with taking clomiphene, each of them contain 30 cases. Clinical observations were carried out on the two groups before and after using medicines respectively, complemented with routine gynecolog icalinspection,the endocrine determination and ultrasonography monitoring. Then the two groups were compared,analyzed and summarized. Finally we do statistical analysis of all results what we have got with software SPSS 12.0 . ResuIts: The efficiency of the treatment group(A) is superior to the control group(B). The following symptoms such as irregular menstruation, lumbago and dizziness have been effectively regulated among the group A obviously better than the group B. The other indices in group A is better than those in group B. Serum level of P in group A was higher than that in group B. Conclusion: The effect of the Chinese medcine combined with clomifen in treating the type of “shen yang xu ” patients with anovulatory infertility surpasses only using combined. The symptoms such as irregular menstruation, lumbago and dizziness have been effectively regulated; The other indices in treatment group is better than those in control group.
