前列地尔在急性胰腺炎患者血清C反应蛋白的作用 海南省人民医院消化内科海南570311 拜明军：主治医师，1976-09通讯作者 摘要：目的了解前列地尔对急性胰腺炎患者外周血c反应蛋白(CRP)的作用。 方法：回顾了 2012年3月?2015年10月在我院住院治疗的诊断并治疗的急性 胰腺炎患者85例的临床资料，随机划分为对照组42例，治疗组43例。对照组 进行禁食、生长抑素抑制胰酶分泌等措施。治疗组较对照组加用0.9%生理盐水 100ml+前列地尔10ug静点，连续7天。观察其临床效果及患者外周血CRP水平。 结果对照组患者有效率88.37%,治疗组患者为64.28 %，治疗组患者较于对照 显著升高(Plt;0.05),两组患者治疗后外周血CRP较治疗前下降显著 (Plt;0.05) ?治疗组患者治疗后外周血CRP含量［(12.11plusmn;6.31}mg/L］比对 照组［(38.31plusmn;13.21)mg/L］降低显著(Plt;0.05 )。结论前列地尔可降 低外周血CRP水平，对急性胰腺炎患者有效。 关键词前列地尔；急性胰腺炎；C反应蛋白 【中图分类号】R4【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)08-0325-01 The Effects of PGE 1 on Creactive protein in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis Ming jun bai Xiang yang Han Department of Gastroenterology，Hainan provincial Peoplersquo;S Hospital, 570311 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of PGE1 on acute pancreatitis in patients with peripheral blood C reactive protein (CRP) function. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 85 cases of acute pancreatitis in 2011 March to 2014 October in our hospital diagnosis and treatment, were randomly divided into 42 cases in the control group, PGE1 group p of 43 cases. The control group were fasted and somatostatin inhibition of pancreatic secretion and other measures. PGE1 group received PGE1 intravenous infusion(10 ug, once daily) therapy for 7 consecutive days and the control group was not.we observed the clinical effect and patients with peripheral blood CRP level. Results PGE1 group was 88.37% ； The control group was 64.28%, PGE1 group was significantly higher than that of the control group, peripheral blood of CRP of two groups after treatment were significantly decreased than that of before treatment (Plt;0.05). the content of serum CRP[(12.11 + 6.31) mg/L] in treatment group decreased significantly(P lt; 0.05) than in the control group [(38.31 + 13.21) mg/L].
