YuPingBuSheng Decoction treatment of COPD stabilization(Fei Sheng Qi Xu Zheng) 30 case of clinical observation ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the YuPingBuSheng Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(Fei Sheng Qi Xu Zheng) in the efficacy. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group according to diagnosis stable period of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which 30 patients in each group. The patients in treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine YuPingBuSheng Decoction combined Aminophylline sustained-release tablets, while the patients in the control group treated with Aminophylline sustained-release tablets only. The clinical symptom, the pulmonary function and the arterial blood gas analysis were observed in the course of treatment(one month). Results: (1)There were no significant difference in the Comparison of the pulmonary function, arterial blood gas analysis and the clinical symptoms between two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05).There were remarkable difference in the signs of improvement symptoms, pulmonary function and arterial blood gas analysis between the groups after treatment(P0.05). (2) The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group, while was 70.0% in the control group. The statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate in the treatment group is better than that of the control group. Conclusions: There was good clinical efficacy with YupingBuSheng Decoction on the treatment of stable period of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
