— — PAGE 1— 摘 要 基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效和微生物影响 研究生：刘菁 导师：钟良军 教授 摘 要 目的：探讨基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的临床疗效和对龈下微生物的影响。方法： 选择 2008 年 10 月至 2009 年 1 月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔科就诊的慢性牙 周炎患者 30 例，均施以超声波龈上洁治术和手工龈下刮治术，所有患者每周复诊一 次，并记录右下第一磨牙各位点的牙菌斑指数（PLT），龈沟出血指数（SBI），牙周 袋探诊深度（PD）。治疗前后采集龈下菌斑，进行厌氧培养，并检测牙周可疑致病菌 的检出率和检出量。分别对各组数据进行统计学分析。结果：30 位患者治疗后牙周 症状显著改善，各项牙周指数均降低，牙周可疑致病菌的检出率及检出量显著降低。 结论：基础治疗对慢性牙周炎患者临床症状有显著疗效，并可大大减低牙周可疑致 病菌的检出率及检出量，是治疗慢性牙周炎的可靠手段。 关键词：基础治疗；慢性牙周炎；微生物 新疆医科大学医学硕士学位论文 The clinical and microbiological effects of basic treatment planing in chronic periodontitis Postgraduate: Liu Jing Supervisor: Prof. Zhong Liangjun Abstract Objective: Foundation to explore the basic treatment of chronic periodontitis for the clinical efficacy and the impact of micro-organisms gingival below.Methods: Choose 30 patients were diagnosed in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in October 2008 to January 2009, do ultrasonic subgingival scaling operation and Root planing operation on them. Referral of all patients a week, record PLT、SBI and PD on Right lower first teeth. Collected subgingival plaque before and after treatment, do anaerobic training to them, and calculated the suspected periodontal pathogens detected in the detection rate and the detection amount. Have Statistical analysis to each set of data. Results: 30 chronic periodontitis patients after treatment were significantly improved periodontal symptoms, the periodontal index reduced, the suspected periodontal pathogens detected in the detection rate and the detection amount reduced obviously. Conclusion: Basic treatment of chronic periodontitis patients have a significant effect, and may obviously reduce the suspected periodontal pathogens detected in the detection rate and the detection amount, it is a reliable means of chronic periodontitis.
