ABSTRACTIn ABSTRACT In today’S society,The Government’S administrative system and manet system become the largest two forces of control and impact society．Theoretical studies and experience had shown that government Executive management system to create and enhance the competitive advantage of Nations has an irreplaceable role．A democratic、 responsible、capable、 efficient and transparent governmental administration systems are indispensable to both economic development and the entire community of sustainable development． Administrative decision—making is the state administrative organs to perform administrative functions，on the face to solve the problems， develop and select the action，decision activities．The democratic of decision-making is the premise and basis of scientific decision—making． The process of current economic globalization is continuously speeding up and the function of government is further transformed，therefore，the requirements of administrative decision are improving day by day because of marketization of economic activity and legal ization of society management While，in our country,the democration of administrative decision is not adapt to the current development of political and economy, on one hand，because of the consciousness faint of democratic of administrative decision，the lack of mass participation，unsoundness of democratic democratic of administrative decision and SO on．However,on the other, the diversification of benefit caused by market economic，development of democratic society,rapid development of decision-making science in china and improvement of social informatization quotient，these factors objectively promoting the reform of democratic of administrative decision of current Chinese government． In this paper，by case analysis of democratic of administrative decision in current government，it is considered that although the democratic of administrative decision of current government is improved in some degree，it remains to be improve
