AN EMPIRICAL STUDY OF RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMPLOYEES SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTOF THE SKILLED EMPLOYEE
ABSTRACT
Nowadays, our country is facing a series of problems as the shortage of skilled personnel and structure imbalance, which has not only restricted the development of our country economy, but also become the bottleneck of the enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness. So the problems happened on skilled employees in the enterprise that solves urgently are how to improve employees satisfaction and organizational commitment level, thereby to improve the performance of employees of enterprise human resources.
This article take two high-tech enterprise in the Huainan city of Anhui province and Ruian city of Zhejiang province as an example.this research focuses on survey related to 230skilled staff about their satisfaction and Organizational Commitment , through SPSS software to undertake an analysis to investigating data, which demonstrates that skill employee satisfaction and organizational commitment has the following relationship:
Skilled employees satisfaction can be measured by three-dimension factors as the work itself, working conditions and environments and work emotion perception of al measurement. with the overall satisfaction level, there are significant differences among different age, marriage, education and working hours of employees and in their respective types of population statistics variables,the highest level of satisfaction of employees are the ones who are 21-25 years old, working time over 10 years ,bachelor degree, or unmarried.
With the skilled employees organizational commitment level, significant differences only exit among different time as well as different academic degree, meanwhile employees with over ten-year working time has the highest organizational commitment, and skilled staff organizational commitment level increases with the degree.
