卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液治疗产后出血的回顾性临床分析 陈喜萍 武汉市黄陂区人民医院妇产科湖北武汉430300 摘要：目的：探析卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液在产妇产后出血方面所发挥的治 疗作用。方法：选择我院收治的41例产后出血产妇作为研究对象进行分析，观 察组产妇在发生产后山血后使用按摩子宫、缩宫素、卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液促 进子宫收缩，对照组产妇在发生产后出血后使用按摩子宫、缩宫素促进子宫收缩。 观察两组产妇治疗效果及产后24小时、产后42天的出血量，比较不良反应的几 率。结果：观察组产妇产后出血治疗失败率为3.33%,明显低于对照组的9.09%, 并且产后24小时、产后42天的出血量均低于对照组，对比差异明显，比较有统 计学意义(Plt;0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照组为18.2%，观察 组明显低于对照组，比较有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇 注射液可有效控制由宫缩乏力所导致的产后出血问题，减少了产妇的产后出血量， 安全性高，减少了不良反应发生率，应用效果显著，值得推广。 关键词：欣母沛；宫缩乏力；产后出血；回顾性分析 Abstract： Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of the three alcohol injection in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods： selected in our hospital 41 cases of postpartum hemorrhage as the research object to analyze, the observation group of women in production after hemorrhage after using massage the uterus, oxytocin，card carboprost tromethamine injection promote uterine contraction，mothers in the control group in production after hemorrhage after the massage uterus，oxytocin to promote uterine contraction.Observe the effect of two groups of maternal treatment and 24 hours postpartum, 42 days postpartum bleeding volume, the probability of adverse reactions.Results： observation group of postpartum bleeding treatment failure rate was 3.33%, significantly lower than the control group of 9.09% and 24 hours postpartum, postpartum 42 days of bleeding volume was significantly lower than that of control group， difference significantly， compared with statistical significance(P lt; 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 18.2%, the control group was 6.67%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group，the comparison was statistically significant (Plt;0.05) .Conclusion： card carboprost tromethamine injection can effectively control caused by uterine atony postpartum bleeding problems，reduce the maternal postpartum hemorrhage volume，high safety and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, with a significant application effect and is
