单侧不完全性唇裂采用改良旋转推进瓣法治疗的临床研究 高菲周诺(通讯作者) (广丙医科大学广丙南宁530021) 【摘要】目的：分析改良旋转推进瓣法治疗单侧不完全性唇裂的临床效果及 安全性，为临床治疗单侧不完全性唇裂提供参考。方法:选取2013年11月?2015 年10月于广丙医科大学附属口腔医院行手术治疗的单侧不完全性唇裂患儿98 为研究对象，采用改良旋转推进法进行手术治疗，比较患儿治疗前后健患侧鼻唇 部对称性指标对称率及上唇与鼻部的主观满意评分。结果：患儿术后健患侧唇峰 口角距不对称率较术前明显降低(P0.05),患儿术后健患侧鼻底宽对称率、健 患侧鼻孔宽对称率、健患侧鼻孔高对称率较术前明显升高(P0.05)；医生对患 儿鼻部和上唇的VAS满意评分(7.98plusmn;1.2)分，显示手术结果较为满意。 结论：改良旋转推进法治疗单侧不完全性唇裂可初步改善患儿健患侧对称率，要 得到更优的临床效果，尚需进一步精细手术治疗。 【关键词】单侧不完全性唇裂：改良旋转推进法；临床疗效 【中图分类号】R726 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2015) 23-0034-02 Clinical study on the treatment of incomplete unilateral cleft lip with modified rotary thrust method GAO Fei ZHOU Nuo(CorrespondingAuthor) Guangxi Medial University Guangxi Nanning 530021,China 【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of modified rotary thrust method in the treatment of incomplete unilateral cleft lip.Methods 98 cases of children with incomplete unilateral cleft lip treated in the affiliated stomatological hospital of Guangxi Medical University from November 2013 to October 2015 were selected for the study,and they were operated with modified rotary thrust method.Results After surgery,the asymmetry rate of the distance between lip peak and the corner of the mouth of the uninjured side and affected side was significantly lower than before surgery(Plt;0.05);the symmetrical rates of nasal bottom width,nostril width,and nostril height were all higher than before surgery(Plt;0.05);doctorrsquo;s VAS satisfaction score of the nose and upper lip was(7.98plusmn;1.2)points,showing with satisfactory surgery results.Conclusion The modified rotary thrust treatment of incomplete unilateral cleft lip can initially improve the symmetric rate of the uninjured side and affected side,and further surgical treatment is needed to get better clinical results. 【Key words］ Incomplete unilateral cleft lip;Modified rotary thrust method;Clinical efficacy 唇裂是先天性疾病，在新生儿中的发病率高达千分之一。随着人们对生活质 量的追求不断提高，对美的追求日益严苛，通过手术改善唇部缺陷，改善面部形 象，成为临床唇裂患儿的常用治疗方法，临床上双侧唇裂较为少见，大多数为单 侧唇裂［
