活血利水中药复方对颈动脉粥样硬化患者 UA 以及 vWF 水平的影响 中 文 摘 要 目的 ：观察治疗前后颈动脉粥样硬化患者血尿酸（UA）和血管性 血友病因子（vWF）水平含量的变化及治疗前后颈动脉粥样硬化患者血 瘀证证侯评分的变化情况。 方法 ： 将 80例入选患者随机分为两组各40例，对照组予口服阿托 伐他汀钙片治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服活血化瘀利水中药复 方，疗程为3个月；观察两组治疗前后血尿酸（UA）水平以及血管性血 友病因子(vWF)水平的影响。 结果 ：两组治疗后血尿酸（UA）水平和血管性血友病因子(vWF) 水平均较治疗前有所改善（P0.05）。与对照组比较，治疗组治疗后血 尿酸（UA）水平和血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平改善较明显，血瘀证证 侯评分明显减轻。 结论 ：加用活血化瘀利水中药复方能有效干预颈动脉粥样硬化血 瘀证患者病情，改善患者血尿酸（UA）水平和血管性血友病因子(vWF) 水平，血瘀证证侯评分降低。 关键词：活血化瘀利水中药复方，血瘀证，动脉粥样硬化，血尿酸， 血管性血友病因子 The blood circulation Chinese herbal compound efficacy on carotid atherosclerosis efficacy with blood stasis patients ABSTRACT Objective: To observe the blood circulation Chinese herbal compound efficacy on serum uric acid (UA) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels and blood stasis syndrome. Methods: Eighty cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups of forty patients, the treatment to control group of oral atorvastatin calcium, the treatment group were treated based on control group and treated additional blood circulation Chinese herbal compound for three months, observe two groups serum uric acid (UA) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels before and after treatment. Results: The two groups serum uric acid (UA) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels improved compare to the situation before the treatment (P0.05) .After treatment,the serum uric acid (UA) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) levels in the treatment group improved more significantly,the score of blood stasis syndrome.
