Methods 1.Effects of reduce stasis and improve blood circulation formula on the proliferation of mouse vaginal epithelium. To observe the exponential of the proliferation of mouse vaginal epithelium, to contrast the effects of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction, Lixuexiaoyin Decoction, MTX and normal saline on the mitosis of mouse vagina epithelium. Effects of reduce stasis and improve blood circulation formula on the granular layer formation of mouse tail scale epidermis.
