基于高职教育视角下的教学模式改革研 究 张振伟 泉州轻工职业学院 摘要： 我国高职教育的发展已进入Y特色发展的新阶段，但在质量和数量上还无法满 足经济社会发展对高技能人才的需求，客观上要求高职院校在人才培养模式、课 程改革与开发，内涵建设等方面不断改革，而教育教学模式改革则绝对是高职 教育创新发展的“主角”，这是提高教育教学质量和培养高技能人才的关键一 招。因此，对我国职业教育教学模式的改革进行深入研究，特别是从高职院校的 办学实际出发，基于产业行业对人才的现实需求，反思我国高职教育教学模式 存在的问题，査找其产生的内在原因，找准其改革过程中的方向性因素，进而 提出有针对性的改革对策和举措，并在实践中加以探索，逐步提高高职教育教 学效果，增强学生学习积极性和自主性，促进学生成长成才，更好地服务于地 方经济社会发展。 关键词： 职业教育;教学模式;改革; 作者简介：张振伟（1982-）,讲师，泉州轻工职业学院，主耍从事职业教育研 究。 Research on the Reform of Teaching Mode from the Perspective of Higher Vocational Education Zhang Zhen—wei Quanzhou Light Industry Career Academy; Abstract： The development of higher vocational education in China has entered a new stage of development characteristics, but in terms of quantity and quality can not meet the needs of economic and social development of high skilled talents， the objective requirements of training model in higher vocational colleges, curriculum reform and development of the talents, reform aspects of connotation construction, and reform the education teaching mode is absolutely the innovation of higher vocational education development in the leading role, this is a key to improve the teaching quality and cultivating high skilled talents. Therefore, in-depth study of the teaching mode reform of our country occupation education, especially higher vocational colleges from the reality, reality industry demand for talent based on our teaching mode of higher vocational education problems, the causes of the search, looking for direction of the factors in the process of reform, and the proposed targeted countermeasures and measures, and to explore in practice, and gradually improve the teaching effect of higher vocational education, to enhance students’ learning enthusiasm and autonomy, promote the students growth, to better serve the local economic and social development.
