万方数据 万方数据 积极心理班级辅导对中学生乐观的影响 摘 要 本研究以积极心理学理论为基础，以班级团体辅导模式为载体，探 讨积极心理班级团体方案对普通初中生乐观心态的影响，以期增强他们 的抗压能力，提升主观幸福感，进而促进健康成长。 在具体实施中，本研究参考 Seligman(2006)的理想化正向心理团体 方案、阳志平等编著的《积极心理学团体活动课操作指南》等相关文献， 并针对初中生的发展特质，设计了一套适合初中生的《积极心理班级团 体辅导乐观方案》作为校本教材，以探讨积极心理班级团体辅导对初中 生乐观的影响，且随之一并探究优质有效的班级管理模式。 本研究以阜阳师范学院七年级 2 个班级为研究对象，实验组 60 人， 控制组 60 人，采用准实验设计来进行研究。实验组接受《积极心理班级 团体辅导乐观方案》的教学，课程为期十周，每周两节课。研究工具有 《生活定向测验》和《乐观主义-悲观主义量表》。研究结果显示：积极 心理班级辅导乐观方案能提升初中生的乐观水平。另外乐观辅导还使学 生的学业成绩大幅提高，班级管理成绩显著。 本研究因此推论积极心理班级团体辅导乐观训练课程对提升学生乐 观有明显功效，并对提高学生学业成绩有一定的效果，值得在学校推广。 关键词：积极心理 班级团体辅导 乐观 中学生 I Effects of Positive Psychology Class Group Counseling on Optimism of Junior High School Students ABSTRACT This study was aimed to design an ―Optimism Training Program‖ based on positive psychology, applicable to junior high school students through class group counseling, in order to investigate how ―Optimism Training Program‖ affects the optimism of junior high school students，optimizes class management and prompts students to grow healthfully. In this study, the participants consisted of seventh grade students from the Attached Middle School of Fuyang Teachers College. There were 60 students in the experimental group and 60 students in the control group. The researcher adopted the ―Quasi-experimental Design‖. The experimental group received the ―Optimism Training Program‖, which they attended two classes per week for consecutive ten weeks. The instruments involved the ―Life Orientation Test— Revised‖ and ―Optimism-Pessimism Scale‖. The findings showed that the ―Optimism Training Program‖ can enhance the optimism on junior high school students. What’s more, this project can help the students improve their school results dramatically and make the class management outstanding. This study suggests that the ―Optimism Training Program‖ can be adopted for an educational reference in schools.
