I摘要课外阅读是课堂阅读的有机补充，是中学生开阔视野、陶冶情操、健全人格、 获取信息、扩大知识面的重要渠道。本研究以甘肃省积石山县为例，采用问卷和访谈等方法，对该地区的初中生 课外阅读的现状进行了较为深入的研究。主要结论如下：1.学生课外阅读的态度端正，学生对课外阅读的兴趣浓厚，但是平时进行课 外阅读的情况不尽如人意。2.学生课外阅读的目的较理性，但是目的较单一。3.学生课外阅读内容选择的多元化。4.学生的课外阅读量随学校性质的不同而有所差异。5.学生学习成绩与课外阅读对学习的帮助作用、课外阅读内容、课外阅读目 的相关。6.教师和学生的课外阅读时间很有限，学生课外阅读的书籍来源途径较少。7.教师对学生课外阅读态度上表示支持，但对学生的课外阅读指导不够。8.家庭阅读、地区阅读氛围的不浓；图书室利用率低，影响初学生课外阅读。 基于对上述问题的分析，提出如下建议：重视学生的课外阅读的地位和作用；推进城乡文化的同步建设，加大对农村文化建设的投入力度；重视学生课外阅读 的同时应让学生做好具体详细的课外阅读计划，养成良好的课外阅读习惯；教师 应对学生进行有效地课外阅读指导；建立可持续发展的评价体系，开展丰富多彩 的课外阅读交流活动；培养家长的阅读理念，营造良好的家庭阅读氛围；提高学 校图书室的利用，充分发挥图书室的作用；净化书刊市场和学生课外阅读的外部 环境，扫除精神垃圾；关注西部少数民族地区学生的课外阅读及其教育研究。关键词：积石山县；初中生；课外阅读；调查研究AbstractExtracurricular reading is the complement of classroom readings, which is the important way to widen horizon, cultivate sentiment, perfect personality, get more information and knowledge for junior school students.Taking Jishishan County in Gansu province for example, with the combination of the qualitative and quantitative research methods, the present situation of junior high school students extracurricular readings will be researched in-depth way in the region.
