循症护理在脑梗死伴发高血压护理中的应用葛群艳 葛群艳 四川省资阳市雁江区人民医院641300 摘要：目的：研宄和分析循症护理在脑梗死伴发高血压护理中的应用效果。 方法：木次临床护理研究主要选取了 2014年3月-2015年3月期间，木院所收 治的脑梗死伴发高血压患者89例作为临床护理研宄的对象，将89例患者随机分 为观察组44例和对照组45例，对照组实施常规护理模式，观察组患者在此基础 上实施循证护理，对比两组患者的神经功能缺损评分以及住院时间。结果：观察 组患者护理前神经功能缺损评分为(25.43plusmn;8.65)分，护理后患者的神经 功能缺损评分为(13.23plusmn;5.14)岁，观察组患者的平均住院时间为 (9.13plusmn;2.45)天。对照组患者护理前神经功能缺损评分为 (25.45plusmn;8.72)分，护理后患者的神经功能缺损评分为(17.65plusmn;6.51) 岁，观察组患者的平均住院时间为(13.21plUSmn;3.47)天。结论：循症护理在 脑梗死伴发高血压护理中的应用只有较高的临床应用价值，值得广泛推广和应用。 关键词：循症护理；脑梗死伴发高血压 Abstract： Purpose： Research and analysis of cycle disease nursing application in cerebral infarction with hypertension nursing effect. Methods： the clinical nursing research mainly selected the March 2014 - March 2015，admitted this overview of the 89 patients with cerebral infarction with hypertension as the objects of clinical nursing research，44 cases of 89 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 45 cases, control group routine nursing mode, observation group of patients on the basis of the implementation of evidence-based nursing, compared two groups of patients with nerve function defect grade and length of hospital stay. Results： observation group of patients before treatment for nerve function defect score (25.43plusmn;8.65)，the nursing of patients after nerve function defect score was (13.23plusmn;5.14)，the observation group of patients with the average hospitalization time was (9.13plusmn;2.45) days. Control patients before treatment for nerve function defect score (25.45plusmn;8.72)，the nursing of patients after nerve function defect score was (17.65plusmn;6.51)，the observation group of patients with the average hospitalization time was (13.21plusmn;3.47) days. Conclusion： follow in cerebral infarction with hypertension disease nursing care application has high clinical value，worthy of application and spread.
