我国商业银行绿色金融业务发展策略研 究 郑屹 吉林省金融文化研宄中心长春金融高等专科学校金 融学院 摘要： 随着W家和社会对环境保护的愈加重视，绿色产业迅猛发展，同时也带来巨大 的融资需求。近几年绿色金融的概念在我国被广泛提出，并己上升到国家战略， 我国绿色金融领域市场发展前景巨大。商业银行作为金融市场的主体，在绿色金 融领域发挥着重要的影响力。发达国家银行在绿色金融领域的实践早于我国，目 前已形成一个制度完善、产品和服务多样化的绿色金融市场。我国商业银行可以 借鉴发达国家代表性银行在绿色金融理念、政策、产品和服务方面的实践经验， 完善相关法律法规以及政策制度，创新绿色金融产品与服务，做好风险把控， 加强与国际间的交流与合作，充分把握绿色金融发展的契机。 关键词： 绿色金融;赤道原则;商业银行;业务实践; 作者简介：郑屹(1989-),女，吉林长春人，长春金融高等专科学校金融学院 助教，金融学硕士，研究方向:金融市场、农村金融改革理论与政策。 收稿日期：2017-10-14 基金：吉林省金融文化研宂中心基地项目(JRWH2016 (3)) Strategy Analysis on the Development of the Green Finance Operation of Commercial Banks in China ZHENG Yi Jilin Financial and Cultural Research Center; Abstract： As the state and society pay more attention to environment protection, the green industry develops rapidly and also brings huge financing needs. In recent years, the concept of green finance has been widely put forward in our country and even has risen to a national strategy. In the future, the market prospect of the green finance in China is huge. As the subject of financial market, commercial banks play an important role in green finance. The practice of the developed country banks in the field of green finance has established earlier than China, and they have formed a green financial market with perfect system, and diversified product and service. To take the opportunity of developing green finance, China’s commercial banks can draw lessons from developed countries in the concept of green finance, policy, the experience of development of products and services, to improve the system of relevant laws, regulations and policy formulation, innovation of green financial products and service, do a good job in risk control, to strengthen international communication and cooperation.
