护理干预对妇科腹腔镜术后疼痛研究 李亮亮王菲 哈尔滨医科大学附属二院妇产科二病房 摘要： 为解析护理干预在缓解妇科腹腔镜患者术后疼痛及强化患者恢复效果方面发挥 的作用，总结护理经验，为后续护理服务方案的制定提供参考资料，采用冋顾 性分析方法选择2016年全年间我院妇产科进行腹腔镜手术的90例患者的临床资 料，按照护理方式的差笄性分为对照组与干预组各45例，对照组采用常规护理 干预措施，观察组在常规护理的基础上外加疼痛护理干预，护理一段时间以后， 对两组患者术后疼痛、身体恢复及护理满意率情况进行处理与对比。经护理干预 以后，干预组患者术后第2 d、3 d与5 d疼痛评分均显著低于对照组，组间差 异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。干预组患者术后的并发症、K床活动时间、住院时 间及护理满意度均明显优于对照组，组间数据差笄均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。 说明疼痛护理干预在妇科腹腔镜术后患者临床治疗期间的应用，能够显著缓解 患者疼痛感，降低并发症发生率，优化护患关系与临床治疗效果，具有普及与 应用价值。 关键词： 护理干预;腹腔镜手术;术后疼痛;满意度; 作者简介：李亮亮（1993-）,女，本科，护士。 收稿日期：2017-08-28 Study of nursing intervention on postoperative laparoscopic pain in gynecology patients LI Liang-1iang WANG Fei Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University, Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 2 Ward: Abstract： In order to analyze the role of nursing interventions in alleviating postoperative pain and enhancing patient recovery in gynecologic, 90 cases of patients with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital in 2016 were selected with retrospective analysis. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and intervention group ( n =45)，the control group using routine nursing interventions, while the observation group using pain and nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. After nursing intervention, the scores of pain in the intervention group at 2，3 and 5 days after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups ( P 0. 05) . The postoperative complication, ambulation time, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group.
