护理干预对脑瘫儿童尖足康复的影响 曹蓉 代媛媛 余志华 (四川省成都市第一人民医院儿童康复 中心 610017) 【中图分类号】R473【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012)8-0277-02 【摘要】目的观察护理干预对脑性瘫痪儿童尖足康复的影响。方法将2010 年4月至2011年10月在木中心住院治疗的112例有尖足的脑瘫患儿随机分为观 察组和对照组。其中观察组57例，对照组55例。两组均在木中心进行综合康复 治疗，观察组在此基础上进行护理干预。3个月后观察两组患儿尖足改善程度及 足背屈角度的变化。结果两组患儿经过3个月的治疗，各项指标与治疗前相比 都有所改善。其中观察组显效19例，有效36例，无效2例，对照组显效10例， 有效40例，无效5例。(Z=-2.044, Plt;0.05)比较差异有统计学意义。观察组 患儿尖足改善程度及足背屈角度的改善优于对照组。观察组6月-2岁组显效13 例，有效15例,无效0例，2岁以上组显效6例，有效21例,无效2例，(Z-2.262, Plt;0.05)比较差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预对脑瘫患儿尖足的康复有较 大的影响作用，年龄越小，疗效越好。 【关键词】护理干预脑性瘫痪尖足 Effect of Nursing Intervention on The Rehabilitation of Tiptoe of Cerebral Palsy Children [Abstract] Objective: To observe the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitat on of tiptoe of cerebral palsy children.Method: Divided 112 cases cerebral palsy children which were hospitalized in our center from April 2010 to October 2011 into observation group and control group randomly.and there were 57 cases in the observation group and 55 cases in the control group.Both of them were treated with comprehensiverehabilitation,and added nursing intervention in the control group.Observe the improvement of the tiptoe and the change of dorsiflexion angle of the children with cerebral palsy before and after.Results: after 3 months treatment,all the index were improved in both groups, there were 19 cases excellent, 36 cases effective and 2 cases invalid in the observation group,and 10 cases excellent, 40 cases effective and 5 cases invalid in the control group (Z=-2.044, Plt;0.05) .And the change of dorsiflexion angle which in observation group is better than incontrol group.And in the observation group there were 13 cases excellent, 15 cases effective and 0 cases invalid in the children between 6 months to 2 years old,meanwhile 6 cases excellent, 21 cases effective and 2 cases invalid in the children 2 years or above (Z=-2.262, Plt;0.05) .Conclusion:There was a great stimulative effec of the nursing intervention to cp children with tiptoe, the smaller the
