}两 }两 晏 内容摘要：迅猛发展的旅游业需要高素质的专业人才，而目前旅游高 等院校培养人才的现状与旅游企业的需求出现错位，导致了一方面是大量 的旅游专业毕业生找不到合适工作，另一方面是迫切需要人才的旅游企 业。笔者试图通过对旅游高等院校参与旅游企业培训问题的研究，找到一 条解决这一矛盾的有效途径。 纵观国外旅游教育培训发展现状，我们可以看出旅游企业的培训已经 形成了一个全方位、多形式、交叉式的培i)ll网络结构。最值得我国借鉴的 经验是：企业、教育研究机构应建立起稳定的合作关系，实现优势互补， 共同促进旅游教育、研究和培训的发展。校企合作是旅游人才培养的必由 之路，而旅游高等院校参与旅游企业培训是有效的合作途径。现行的旅游 企业培训存在的诸多问题让我们看到了旅游高等院校参与旅游企业培训 的必要性。同时，国外的成功经验、国内的成功先例以及专业的师资队伍， 旅游企业的搭理配合都为旅游高等院校参与旅游企业培训创造了可行性。 在具体的参与过程中，要本着双方以共同制定培训方案为前提，以旅游业 可持续发展为目标，以旅游行业发展趋势为导向，以员工职业发展规划为 参照为原则，通过更新思想，转变观念，建立旅游高等院校与旅游企业互 动组织体系，建立旅游高等院校参与旅游企业培训体系，共同建立学习型 组织等途径参与到旅游企业的培训之中去。 关键词：旅游教育培训；旅游高等院校；旅游企业 AbstractContent：The Abstract Content：The swift and violent development of tourism calls for professional talents of high quality．However，the present status for talents trained by the tourist colleges or universities and the need of tourist enterprises are displaced with each other．In that case，on the one hand，a large number of tourist graduates swarm into the market；on the other hand，the tourist enterprises cry for the talents．Therefore，the tourist colleges or universities’participation in the training of tourist enterprises is of great significance．First of all，it is very meaningful for pedagogic pullulation and scientific research．Secondly，it can help to solve the problem of training for talents needed by the tourist enterprises．We can 100k into the present status of domestic and foreign tourist education and training in length and breadth． From that we can find the training of tourist enterprises has formed a completely fixed，multi·formed，and intercrossed network．The most valuable experience that we should use for reference is that colleges and universities should establish a very steady cooperation relationship SO that they can make use of their advantages，and accelerate the development of tourist education， research，and training．The cooperation between colleges and enterprises iS the only way for talents’training．Thus，tourist colleges or universities should participate in the trai
