To get a safe and reliable electric power system, it need a good detection and control system to realize. Current and voltage transformers are the most basic and important test equipments in transmission line, the measurement data in the form of electrical signals to control follow monitoring and protection equipments, realized the monitoring of power system operation. Due to the special environment of strong electric field and strong magnetic field in the power system, which makes the traditional way of energy supplying at run time exist many problems. It will greatly increase the risk of power system. Optical fiber transmission, with insulation and not affected by the electromagnetic field effect, make the new laser energy supplying way to become the future development trend. It effectively improved the system’s efficiency and safety reliability. Based on semiconductor technology, the most core part- photovoltaic power converter PPC- in the laser energy supplying system is studied. Photovoltaic power converter designed by photovoltaic principle. This thesis introduces in detail the phenomenon of photovoltaic generation principle, and μming this principle to achieve PPC cell research and design. The temperature, resistance effect and light loss on the influence of PPC battery are respectively systematic analyzed. According to varioμm influence puts forward corresponding solutions, calculation and simulation method μmed to validate the result. Crosslight APSYS software is a kind of semiconductor simulation software based on the finite element analysis and modeling.
