In order to build featured towns, the development orientation and construction target of town should be established first, and then to make clear of the construction focus of the features of small towns, namely: the scientific preparation of town planning, the reasonable implementation of cultivation project;accurate grasp of the industry and the highlighting of the features of the town; the emphasis of implementation of investment tasks, and promotion the construction of projects. Finally, specific measures for the construction of special towns should be detailed, including the establishment of the team, the establishment of platforms, the support of personnel, the establishment of institutional mechanisms and the implementation of orderly promotion.
