提 提 要 目的观察中药组方对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法82 例患者随机分成两组，治疗组40例，刈照组42 tP0。治疗组给予络脉舒通颗粒和常规 西药治疗，对照组给予常规西药治疗，观察治疗前后临床症状和化验室检查指标的变 化。结果经治疗四周后，治疗组症状改善总有效率为97．5％，显效率为77．5％，与对 照组比较有显著性差异(P(O．05或P(O．01)。同时，TXB。、ET一1降低，NO升高；WBC、 ESR、CRP、Fg降低，APTT、TT、p-选择素降低，与对照组比较有显著性差异(P(O．05 或P(O．01)。其中行冠状动脉造影者介入操作过程中发生恶性心律失常者较对照组中 行冠状动脉造影者下降，有显著差异(PO．05)。结论络脉舒通颗粒治疗不稳定型 心绞痛可能通过保护内皮、抗血小板活化、解痉等机制获得效果。 关键词 不稳定型心绞痛；内皮；血小板活化：络脉舒通 未经律舞、导师同纛 姆全文公柏 Clinical Clinical Observation and its Mechanism Oil Treating Unstable Angina by Luomaishutong Granule Speciality：Internal Medicine ofTraditional Chinese Medicine Author：Wang Weixue Tutor：Bao Peirong Abstract obieetive：To observe the clinical effect of Luomaishutong Granule on unstable angina and explore its mechanism ofeffect Methods：82 patients ofcoronary heart disease withunstable anginapectoris(UAP)were divided randomlyintotreatment group(40cases) and control group(42 cases)Conventional western medical therapy was given to both groups．At the sB／ne time，the treatment group were dosed Luomaishutong Granule．The changes of clinical symptom and laboratory indexes were observed before and after treatment in both groups．Result：In the treatment group，the total effective rate of meliorating symptoms and the remarkable rate were respectively 97 50％and 77 50％， which were significantly better than those of the control group．P0．05 or P0．01．Meanwhile，the level ofthe TXB2，ET-1，APTT，TT，P-selectin，WBC，ESR，CRP， Fg were decreased and the level of NO were increased remarkably after treatment，which were statically different compared with those of the control group．PO．05 or P 0．O 1．Among of whom received coronary Angiography the fatal arrhythmia occurs rate were decreased，which were statically different compared with those of the control group，P0．05．Conclusion：Luomaishutong Granule is likely to obtain effect through improving endothelium function， inhibiting platelet activation·relieving spasm of coronary artery． Key words：Unstable angina pectoris(UAP)；Luoma
