醒脑开窍针刺及康复训练治疗脑卒中后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍疗效观察 阴晓健林小娟 陕西铜川市人民医院陕西铜川727000 【摘 要】FI的：观察药物、醒脑开窍针刺及康复训练治疗脑卒屮后假性球 麻痹吞咽障碍的疗效。方法：将60例均为我院住院脑卒屮后假性球麻痹的吞咽 困难患者，符合确定的诊断标准，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均神经内科规 范治疗和护理等常规对症处置；均应用药物和醒脑开窍针刺，观察组在对照组基 础上配合康复训练进行治疗，10天为1疗程，治疗3疗程后按照疗效确定临床 结果。结果：治愈10例，占34% ；显效：10例，占34%；有效8例，占27% ； 无效2例，占6.7% ；总有效率93.33%：两组比较，总有效率有统计学意义 (Plt;0?05)。结论：醒脑开窍针刺及康复训练治疗脑卒屮后假性球麻痹吞咽障 碍疗效显著，值得临床推广。 【关键词】醒脑开窍；针刺；康复训练；假性球麻痹；吞咽障碍 【屮图分类号1R246.6 【文献标识码]B 【文章编号11674-8999(2015 ) 8-0074-02 Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Dysphagia Induced by Pseudo-globular Paralysis after Cerebral Apoplexy with BraiResusciatating Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Training YIN xiaojian LIN xiaojuan Peoplersquo;s Hospital of Tongchuan, Shannxi Provinee [Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of rehabilitation training combined with the medicines and brain-resusciatating acupuncture for the treatment of dysphagia induced by pseudo-globular paralysis after cerebral apoplexy. Methods: 60 cases were the patients with dysphagia induced by pseudo-globular paralysis after cerebral apoplexy in our hospital. The cases corresponding to diagnosis standards were randomly divided into observation group and control group. All cases were treated and nursed according to the routine methods in the department of neurology? And they were given the medicines and treated by brairvresusciatating acupuncture. Under the base of above, the observation group was treated by rehabilita廿on training, a treatment course in 10 days. After three courses, to judge the clinical results according to the curative effect. Results: The patients cured (10 cases) account for 34% of the ones in the observation group. The patients obtained marked effect (10 cases) account for 34%. Eight cases (27%) were effective to the treatment methods. Two cases ineffective (6.7%).
