集束化护理理念在急性放射性肠炎患者中的应用 贺乾1安丹2王玉魏3 解放军总参谋部总医院普通外科二区100091 【摘 要】目的：探讨集束化护理对急性放射性肠炎患者的干预作用。方法： 选择于2013年1月至2014年6月在我院住院的放射性肠炎患者76例，随机分 为两组，各38例。对照组采用传统护理，实验组采用集束化护理，观察、比较 两组患者放疗后经集束化护理7d、14d的治疗疗效及黏膜损伤变化情况。结果: 实验组患者经集束化护理7d、14d后，治疗有效率明显高于对照组，两组比较差 异有统计学意义(PV0.05),且集束化护理14d后，有效率较7d升高，护理前 后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；经集束化护理14d后，实验组黏膜损伤及 疼痛情况大多为1、2级，而对照组患者大多为3、4级，两组间比较差异有统计 学意义(PV0.05)。结论：恶性肿瘤患者经放射治疗后引起急性放射性肠炎的患 者，采用集束化护理理念治疗疗效高，肠粘膜损伤小,有可能利于促进机体恢复。 【关键词】集束化护理；急性放射性肠炎；疗效 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999 ( 2015 ) 9-0725-02 Cluster nursing concepts used in patients with acute radiation enteritis 【Abstract ] Objective: To investigate the role of cluster -based nursing in terventions for patients with acute radiati on enteritis. Methods: in January 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital radiati on en teritis patie nts, 76 patie nts were ran domly divided into two groups, each of 38 cases.
