This paper probes into MSC by observing its syntactic representation, semantic reature, and its position in the system of comparative sentences. It aims to explore in characteristics of MSC In the imtroduction, this paper defines MSC and probes into part of speech of “Meiyou”. In the second chapter, focusing on TC （tertium comparationis）, this paper analyses the syntactic representation and semantic activity of TC, comparative items, and comparative result items. In the therd chapter, semantically, this paper describes the semantic directions and types of MSC. Besides, an interpretation is made concerning the use and omission of such demonstrative pronouns as “zhe’me” and “na’me”, and concerning the semantic limitation of adjectives in result items. In the fourth chapter, this paper makes a semantic distinction between MSC and “You” CS in order to find out the causes of their lack in inter-convertibility. Meanwhile, with comparsion to such sentence structures as “bu’ru”, “bi”, and “bu’bi”, it explore into the position of MSC in ghe systems of comparative sentences from the perspective of semantic distinction, and the pragmatic relation of MSC to other comparative sentence structures from the co
