Methods Selected 120 cases of essential hypertension patients, measured blood pressure and plasma homocysteine levels when selected，and the selected patients depending on whether or agree to take in accordance with enalapril maleate folic acid tablets in the treatment of self-divided into two groups, namely:enalapril tablet and enalapril maleate folic acid tablet, treatment for 8 weeks , respectively retest blood pressure,plasma homocysteine levels after 4 weeks and 8 weeks,Analysis of two groups of treatment whether there is a significant difference in the treatment of H-type hypertension. Results Enalapril maleate folic acid can effectively reduce blood pressure and plasma homocysteine levels, significantly better than enalapril . Enalapril folic acid tablets a variety of adverse reaction rates and enalapril in similar. Conclusions Enalapril maleate folic acid tablet to control H type hypertension patients in Hcy flat and buck has better effect, for the treatment of type H hypertension provides important clinical basis.
