The thesis is dívided into four chapters: the first chapter basically introduces the concept of electronic wastes and its harm for the environment ，the status and the reasons of the transboundary movements of the electronic wastes. 丁he second chapter is the key part，it focus on the research of the legal control on the transboundary movements of the electronic wastes，which involves some basic theories and major relevant intemational conventions. The third chapter study on the laws of some certain lands，including some developed countries and a developing country. The last chapter is about how to perfect the legal control system of the transboundary movements of the electronics wastes，and the authors opinion is put forward.
