II II Abstract The supply chain management has become focus of theory and application in the enterprise, the supplier management is always an important part in supply chain management (SCM) area. It is the important purchase and supply management link. Suppliers choice and the management for an enterprise are quite important. The thesis is based on real case for Huangmailing phosphate chemical company. The author through making deep research in current advanced experience and theory of supplying chain management and purchasing management, and combined theory with practice, make use of these advanced methods to solve series of current problems of vendor management in Huangmailing phosphate chemical company. Firstly, the author analyzed and researched the actual vendor management situation in Huangmailing phosphate chemical company. The author analyzed the problems existed in excessively paying attention to the price, the deficient supplier choosing and the appraisal standard lacking the communication and the information and so on . Secondly, she combined with supply chain management ideology and achievement of other scholar, she used the commodity classification model to carry on class for this companys commodity and had made the localization to suppliers choice and purchasers request; And has made the key discussion for the supplier chooses the achievements appraisal system which conforms to this company purchasing management request in this foundation, simultaneously put forward the concrete proposal to the purchase department organizational structure reorganization and the establishment information system. Finally, she made preliminary discussion on future supplying management prospects of the company, suggested this company to use the bar code technology, and soon consummated the goods and material handling system function with the aid of INTERNET and the EDI technical information system, proposed the company to adopt vendor managed inventory so as to further imp
