河南科技大学毕业论文 PAGE XXIX PAGE III 康妇灵胶囊剂车间工艺设计 摘 要 本设计遵照药厂设计的有关规定，完成年产20亿粒康妇灵胶囊的车间设计。在本设计中采用的仍是传统的制备方法，其主要包括前处理、提取浓缩、制粒、干燥、整粒、灌装、抛光等工序。设计主要包括生产工艺流程设计、车间布置设计，工艺用水设计，及对工艺设计（总厂布置、车间布置、管道仪表布置、制水车间布置）提出的设计条件。具体的内容包括设计依据、设计范围、工艺路线选择、设备选型及材质选用、 产品方案的选取。并在此基础上确定工艺流程、生产制度、原辅料技术规格，进行物料衡算，绘制物料平衡表，完成标准设计及选材，最终确定全部设备，得到设备一览表。在物料衡算的基础上，计算工艺原料及公用工程消耗，为公用工程提出设计条件，确定生产分析，确定车间生产类别及工段划分布置。此外，对工艺设计（总厂布置、车间布置、管道仪表布置、制水车间布置）提出条件，完成工艺概算（工艺投资、产品成本），最终绘制带控制点的工艺流程图、车间平面布局图等图纸。 本论文是固体口服制剂车间的设计说明，论文包含了：固体制剂的生产方法、工艺流程、工作制度、物料衡算、设备选用、工艺布置及成本核算等内容。 关 键 词：康妇灵,胶囊剂,车间设计 THE WORKSHOP DESIGN OF KANGFULING CAPSULES ABSTRACT In accordance with the relevant provisions of the relevant pharmaceutical design, to complete a 2 billion/year Kangfuling capsules workshop design.
