西安建筑科技大学老年居住体系模式与设计探讨 西安建筑科技大学 老年居住体系模式与设计探讨 专业： 建筑设计及其理论 导师：顾宝和 学生：王 涛 摘 要 老龄化问题既是社会进步的必然结果，又是社会的重大挑战之一。随着我们进入21世纪， 老龄化将进入我们生活的方方面面，对我们的经济、社会等方面提出不同的要求。第二届世界 老龄大会提出了积极老龄化的观念，这成为全球解决老龄问题的政策框架。人进入老年后由于 自然的规律，生理和心理都将出现许多变化，作为社会的弱势群体，老年人的生活状况和居住 质量是所有政府、社会、建设者和投资者都共同关注的问题。 司家老龄委依据我国国情提出了老年居住体系的概念，符合我国目前老年居住现状。本文 体系为中心展开论述，从老年居住体系的各构成要素出发，全面分析了老年居住体系的 I成。论文从交叉学科的角度出发，以多学科的视角来探讨老龄化问题及老年人群特点。 ，，事实的实态调查材料，以及国内外养老模式与政策的分析，来引出本文中心议题一老年居 住体系。文章对合居型居家养老的两代居住宅，独居型居家养老的独立无障碍住宅，以及城市 养老设施和老年公寓的建筑类型的概念进行了界定，适用的人群特点进行了研究，并对其设计 方法和实例进行了分析探讨。论文还简要的分析了社区养老网络服务的构成内容。 文章还从社会公平和“以老年人为本”的设计思想出发，对老年居住体系的设计理念进行 了剖析。从普适性、潜伏性、安全性、针对性几方面对其设计理念进行探讨，以建筑学的专业 视角来消除年龄歧视，共建“不分年龄，人人共享”的社会。 关键词 人口老龄化 老年居住体系 普遍适用性设计 秀安建筑季萼狡太学The 秀安建筑季萼狡太学 The Mode and Design ofthe System forAgeing House Specialty：Architecture Design Instructor： Gu Bao He postgraduate：Wang Tao Abstract Population ageing is one of humanitys greatest triumphs．It is also one of ollr greatest challenges．Asweenterthe21“century,global ageingwillputincreasedeconomic and socialdemands on all countries．The active ageing approach，which is offered by the Second U．N World Assembly on Ageing,provides a framework for the development of global strategies on population ageing．The changes of physiological and psychological will be taken,as the man is old．As weak group，the present living situation of old urban inhabitants is to be eoncemed by all the govemment，society, builders and investors． According to otanational conditions,Ageing Problem Committee ofChina offers the system for the ageing house．The text regard this system as center．From the element of the system for aging house，the mode ofthe system is analyseThe thesis discuss the a舀ng problem and the characteristics of the old people,according the crossing of the cotlIS．The center--the systean for aging house is mentioned by inquisition and the analyses of the mode and the policy about the old people to enjoy life．The concept is defined，the characteristics of the right group is analysed,the design a
