万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 供应链管理就是通过建立各实体间的战略性合作伙伴关系，集成 供应链中的资源，改善整个供应链活动的物流、商流、信息流和资金 流，从而提高整条“链”的竞争能力。而采购是供应链管理中非导航 重要的一个环节，是内部顾客和外部供应商之间的重要媒介。 本文主要以供应链管理和采购管理理论为指导，结合笔者长期的 采购工作经验，在参阅大量类似研究理论和资料的基础上，充分运用 理论联系实际、定性与定量相结合的方法，从上海通用汽车有限公司 采购管理的现状入手，详尽剖析了上海通用汽车基于供应链管理的采 购架构和运作方式。经过长时间的运作，上海通用汽车在采购管理方 面积累了丰富的运作经验，也建立了一套完善的与采购相关的流程和 制度。但是，上海通用汽车的采购管理还存在一定的问题，本文分析 了上海通用汽车采购管理的现状，上海通用汽车公司在供应商的选择 与管理、成本控制、采购流程以及采购信息系统方面存在一定的问题。 在对相关问题及产生的原因进行深入分析的基础上，提出了对上海通 用汽车公司采购管理的优化方案及相应的保障措施，本文的研究结果 对于我国其它汽车生产企业加强采购管理水平具有一定的借鉴意义。 关键词：上海通用汽车公司；采购管理；优化 I ABSTRACT Supply Chain Management(SCM) aims at ， by establishing strategic partnership among various entities， integrating supply chain resources to improve logistics ， commodity flow ， information flow and capital flow of the overall supply chain ， further enhancing the competitiveness of the chain as a whole. Procurement， as a crucial link in Supply Chain Management， functions as the medium bridging the internal customers and external suppliers. This article， under the guidance of Supply Chain Management theory and procurement management theory， adopting both qualitative and quantitative approaches， offers a detailed analysis of the procurement framework based on Supply Chain Management and its operation mode in Shanghai General Motor (SGM). Meanwhile， this article combines the long-term field work experience in procurement with extensive literature review in related field. Stormed with long-term development ， SGM has accumulated a wealth of operational experiencein the procurem ent manage-ment.
