The issue of staff motivation to study the case, the article from the Chuangwei the status of employees incentive analysis, through data collection and research to identify the companys employees in the main incentive problem, followed by a more systematic papers on these issues, the final analysis based on the development of a corresponding incentive strategy, starting from the managers; a reasonable incentive to improve the system, feedback system; material both motivate and inspire the spirit and so on.
