成都中医成都中医药大学硕士学位论文万方数据万方数据中文摘要目的：观察根据“凉血清热，解郁安神”法拟定的“凉血解郁安神汤”治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的临床疗效以及对银屑病患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择符合纳入标准的寻常型银屑病患者 72 例，随机分为治疗组、治疗组各 36 例。治疗组给予凉血解郁安神汤内服，对照组给予复方青黛胶囊内服，两组均使用卡泊三醇软膏作为共同的基础外用药。每 1 周观察患者 PASI（银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数）及 DLQI（皮肤病生活质量指数）变化，对各组资料进行统计分析。结果：治疗 4 周后，两组 PASI、DLQI 积分均明显降低，治疗组 DLQI 积分较对照组有显著差异（P0.05）。以 PASI 积分评价治疗情况，治疗组痊愈 2 例，显效 14 例，有效 12 例，总有效率为 84.85%。对照组痊愈 4 例，显效 8 例，有效 16 例，总有效率 82.35%。结论：解郁安神，清热凉血法可以缓解寻常型银屑病血热证患者的皮损，提高患者的生活质量。关键词：凉血清热解郁安神法寻常型银屑病血热证生活质量 1 Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Liang Xue Qing Re and Jie Yu An Shen Decoction treating psoriasis vulgaris and the impact on the quality of life of patients with psoriasis(Blood Heat)，according the method of Liang Xue Qing Re and Jie Yu An Shen. Method：Choose 72 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris who meat the included standard, and were randomly divided into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 36 cases. The treatment group is given Liangxuejieyuanshen decoction， while the control group is given compound capsule of natural indigo，furthermore two groups use Calcipotriol Ointment as the common base for external use。Observe the change of PASI and DLQI, then do some statistic analysis for the materials of each group. Result：After 4 weeks treatment, PASI、DLQI scores of two groups significantly reduced. Compared with control group, DLQI score of treatment group were significantly different (P0.05). Looking from the PASI scores evaluating treatment，2 cases of treatment group were healed，while 14 cases were in excellent effective and 12 cases in effective，the total effective rate was 84.85%. 4 cases of treatment group were healed，while 8 cases were in excellent effective and 14 cases in effective，the total effective rate was 82.35%. Conclusion：The method of Jieyuanshen and Qingreliangxue Can treat the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris and improve the quality of life.
